This paper pointed out the key ability this paper analyzes the connotation of higher vocational colleges in the key of cultivating the ability of necessity and feasibility,and with the institute of technology of profession as an example,the design quality education key middle school students cultivating the ability of mode,to con-struct the key ability training system.
