Herb-bush Plants Diversity in Shibing Yuntai Mountain in Guizhou

Abstract

To provide the scientific basis for the vegetation composition and species diversity conservation in karst region,based on field investigation,collection and identification,herb-bush plant resources in the main peak of Shibing Yuntai Mountain in Guizhou Province were preliminarily analyzed.Results:a total of 107 species of bushes and herbs were found out,belonging to 90 genera and 56 families.It implied that the biodiversity was rich in karst region.The main families were Rosaceae,Caprifoliaceae and Poaceae.The abundance and frequency were high in Pyracantha fortuneana,Viburnum utile,Rosa cymosaand Rhus chinensis,which were the usual plants in karst region.
