Problems in the popularization of compulsory education in rural areas and their solutions

Abstract

Rural compulsory education is a key and difficult point in the reformation and development of the whole basic education. This essay,after analyzing the problems and their causes in rural compulsory education,suggests that the education stick to compulsiveness and equality,that we establish management system of rural compulsory education at county level,perfect supervision system of educational enforcement of law and carry out educational aidthepoor program,thus promoting balanced development of rural compulsory education.
