The Research of the Dynamic Tension in Hoisting Rope

When the hoisting rope is considered as a continuous system,the calculating results of the vibration periods of the dynamic tension in hoisting rope are coincident with the calculating results by computer of the poriods of natural frequencies of the rope when the rope is considered as a discrete system. It illustrates that the vibration periods of the dynamic tension in hoisting rope are no other than the periods of natural frequencies of the hoisting rope. hadditon,a table about the periods of fundamental frequency of the dynamic tension in hoisting rope of normal hoisting system is given in this paper.
