Teachers have to find a better teaching method to deal with the law course, for the law theory seems to be dull The case teaching to be introduced i nto the law class can be regarded as an effective way, which helps the students bridge the gap between the theory and practice. This paper advances some practic al suggestions for teaching the law from aspects of choice of cases, analysis an d application, and so on.
