Abstract
The thesis thinks,in the teaching of 1aw,the law theory teaching should closely combine with case teaching,the theory teaching is the basis and the case teaching is the necessary assistance.It is not enough to takeenoughas the standard in the theoretical teaching.Proper cases should be chosen according to the need in the case teaching.in order that we can find the best combination between the theory and practice.
