Abstract
Objective:To analyze chromosome karyotype of the couples in early recurrent spontaneous abortion and offer the genetic counseling for the next pregnancy. Methods:Routine culture the lymphocyte of the venous blood samples of 296 cases and karyotype analysis by Giemsa banding method. Results:Abnormal karyotype occupied 8.78%(26/296).Male with abnormal karyotype was more than female.25cases were abnormal structures and only 1 case was abnormal number. Conclusion:The couples with early recurrent spontaneous abortion should take routine chromosomal karyotype analysis. The pregnant women more than 35 years old, translocation carrier or with abnormal chromosome should make prenatal diagnosis and genetic counseling.
