Abstract

The reasons of sticking and breakout are analysed by two sticking and breakout.The main reasons include: steel grade,steel temperature,mold powders,the fluctuation of mold level,and so on.Sticking and breakout of slab is absolutely avoidance from controlling the content of inclusions of Al2O3,control tundish of temperature,avoidance fluctuation of mold level,strengthening practice.
