On the Scientific Research Management Method of Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Based on many years' practical work,the author makes discussion on scientific research management in higher vocational colleges from several aspects,including system reform,transaction management,scientific project,rewards and punishment system and so on,and puts forward the new methods which adapt to scientific research management of higher vocational education.
