Abstract

With the rapid development of the current higher vocational colleges, the management of teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges is getting more and more attention. But due to various factors, various problems exist in the management work. How to solve these problems has become an important task of scientific research managers. It analyses the problems, and puts forward some strategies, hoping to be beneficial for teaching and scientific research management innovation in higher vocational colleges.
