Quality Techniques in Quality Management Standard and Its Application

Abstract
The paper analyzes and discusses the importance of using quality techniques in quality management system from the view point of effectiveness of ISO9001 operation and certification.It is proposed that changing the documented quality management system to technicalized one is a critical method to realize effectiveness of quality management system during quality management system operation.Based on mining potential quality technique requirements in ISO9001 standard,the technical clauses and quality techniques related to them are discriminated and determined.Possibility of using a few quality techniques together to a certain technical clause is analyzed and described.The results are beneficial for enterprises and certification organizations to improve quality management system effectiveness.
