Analysis of Steel Industry Quality Management System

In order to satisfy the needs of different users on different product quality requirements,according to quality standards,orders for units to undertake a comprehensive,real-time quality of design and quality of real-time tracking and determination.Our implementation of a production line in the development of the quality management system,according to the quality of production lines from the start with the design standards of quality of the final product has been delivered so far to the full quality control information,to the production line quality management information.This paper discusses the establishment based on the dynamic control of the whole process of quality management systems,based on the PDCA cycle management system,and the quality of the digital standards,quality design,quality tracking,quality of management and quality of judgment.
