Abstract
In agricultural industrialization Henan has less quantity of cosmically cock enterprises,and has not set up market using system and has no perfect benefit distributing mechanism.The government should intensify its impetus,adjust the configuration,layout the industrialization,drive to form the leading industry of regional agriculture,found famous label,impel the industrialization of agriculture to establish harmonious mechanism of benefit,and implement its idiographic measure of developing tactic.
