Abstract
Through analyzing of agricultural industrialization in Henan province,The author think it is a great province not a powerful province at present.The author think it is a meature that must be taken to resolve the problem of farmer and agriculture and village.In this article,the exposed some problems about agricultural industrialization in Henan province and some meatures had been put forward,according to the actual facts of Henan province.
