Abstract
Sports arbitration is a kind of arbitration of special type,which has particular character and legal nature.Sports arbitration because its speed,keep secret,cost little and sports arbitration oneself of characteristics with specialized sex law attribute etc.but is more and more come to many party litigant to welcome.Based on this paper makes study Law quality of establishing sports arbitration system s in China,points out our country sports arbitration system establishment should is a body now national will,again body now the law system of the quasi-and judicial property of the autonomy characteristics of litigants meaning,the author provide consult to the development sports arbitration system in China.
