Analyzing Some Basic Key Issues on Establishing Sports Arbitration System in China

Establishing sports arbitration system is an important thing on carrying out the rules of Sports Law and extending the solution channels for solving sports disputes and protecting right.However,because of the existence of some specific things which are disturbing the establishment of sports arbitration system and the design of sports arbitration procedure,some discussions for specific understanding should be analyzed in depth.Some personal opinions in the field of sports arbitration are given in this article about the feasibility of sports arbitration,independent establishment,civil features,voluntary principles,scope of application,governing laws,the relationship between judgment system and form of legislation,etc.
