Comparison of clinical outcomes of two protocols for frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle

Objective To compare the clinical outcomes of two protocols of endometrial preparation for frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle to select the optimal endometrial protocols for frozen-thawed embryo thansfer.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in the two clinical protocols of endometrial preparation for 304 frozen-thawed embryo transfer including natural cycle,hormone replacement treatment cycle to evaluate endometrial thickness,implantation rate,pregnancy rate,abortion rate.Results There was no signifisant difference between the two groups with different protocols in age,duration of infertility,type of infertility,endometrial thickness,implantation rate,pregnancy rate or abortion rate.Conclusion There is no significant difference between the two clinical protocols of endometrial preparation in pregnancy insults,and choice of a specific protocol may be made according to the comprehensive consideration of the individual conditions of the patient.
