Abstract
Based on one's experience and senses of life,life aesthetics directly points to people's mind and heart.Aerobics is the human activity displaying beauty,whose origin,development and features can all be identified in life aesthetics.Its aesthetics features are primarily manifested in the physical beauty of human being.Besides,every act in aerobics,with its elegant pose,rhythm and non-restrained creativity,bears all the magnificence of vitality.
