Abstract
Aerobics contains extremely rich aesthetic features,it shows: dress beauty,music beauty,physique beauty,movement beauty,performance beauty,competition beauty and so on.Aerobics is a sport event which a full of vigor and vitality,it is contains the profound aesthetic value.The relationship of aerobics and aesthetic is profound,aesthetic gives aerobics permanent vitality,aerobics’ development needs follow the rule of aesthetic.
