Abstract
NAND Flash has become popular in low-cost storage product market for the characteristics such as high capacity,small size,high efficiency in the implementation of reading and writing,simple interface circuit.YAFFS file system,which is designed for NAND flash,has been unable to be written directly by U-Boot.In this paper,the structure of NAND Flash and the method of how to store YAFFS file system data on NAND Flash are introduced.The steps of how to write YAFFS file system data to NAND Flash by U-Boot are described in detail and the detailed code are also presented.
