Abstract

In this paper,The NAND and NOR flash are compared to indicate which is more suitable for embedded storage system.Also compare the JFFS2 and YAFFS file systems.As a conclusion,the NAND and YAFFS file system are more suitable for embedded system.The method of using NAND flash and YAFFS file system in Linux is described in detail.
