Abstract
Pt-S2O28- /ZrO2-Al2O3solid superacid catalysts were prepared and were characterized by XRD,SEM,TG-DTA,FT-IR and ICP.The catalysts were evaluated on a lab-scale high pressure microreactor with online chromatogram unit for n-pentane isomerization as a probe reaction.The effects of the weight hourly space velocity,temperature,pressure and hydrogen/pentane mole ratio on the n-pentane isomerization were studied.At reaction temperature of 220℃,pressure of 2.0MPa,n (hydrogen)∶n(pentane molar ratio of)=4∶1,and weight hourly space velocity of 1.5h-1,the npentane conversion was 76.7%,the isopentane yield were 72.5%,isopentane selectivity was 94.5% and liquid product yield was 96.5%.
