Abstract
Pt-SO2-4/ZrO2-Al2O3 solid superacid catalyst was prepared and characterized by XRD,TG-DTA,FT-IR,TPR,SEM,BET and ICP.The catalyst was evaluated on a lab-scale high pressure microreactor with online chromatogram unit for n-pentane isomerization as a probe reaction.The effects of the mass hourly space velocity v空,temperature t,pressure p and mole ratio of hydrogen to pentane on the n-pentane isomerization were studied.At reaction temperature of 200 ℃,pressure of 2.0 MPa,hydrogen/pentane molar ratio of 4∶1,and v空=1.5 h-1,the conversion of n-pentane is 72.9%,the yield of isopentane is 67.6%,the selectivity of isopentane is 92.8%,and the yield of liquid product is 94.8%.
