Abstract
This article analyzes activities of enterprises of overseas mergers acquisitions in northeast area,and points out that the acquisition of technology-based businesses is very important for enhancing enterprises competitive capacity.The purpose of acquisition of technology-based businesses is to develop and expand cooperation with overseas enterprises,and constantly enhances our ability to innovate and develop standard through studying overseas advanced technology,so that our enterprises have more core technologies and independent intellectual property rights.This will reverse the situation that China's enterprises in international competition of the products prices are low voice and profits,for meeting the future trend of enterprises of overseas mergers acquisitions.
