Study on Issues Related to Accelerating China's Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance

Environmental pollution liability insurance is based on corporate pollution accidents occurred causing damage to the third party and the corporation should undertake the compensation responsibility as the subject matter of the insurance.In the environmental pollution liability insurance relationship,the insurer of the insured caused by environmental pollution leading to unexpected economic compensation and governance cost,the victims of pollution can still receive timely payment in the case when the insured cannot afford the compensation case.This paper analyzed development experience from the speeding up of environmental pollution liability insurance,the meaning of the foreign environmental pollution liability insurance.Hopefully the related suggestions of environmental pollution liability insurance can shed light on the solution of issues in China.
