Analysis of Environmental Risk Assessment and Environmental Pollution Liability Insurance

Through discussing the background of the development,the types and the factors of the environmental risk assessment and pollution liability insurance,this paper focuses on the Three tense,Four state evaluation method.The environmental pollution liability insurance were reviewed from the legislation,the publicity,the policy,the compensation standard to promote environmental pollution liability insurance method and measures,and to expatiate on the environmental risk assessment and environmental pollution liability insurance problems and development trend.
