Abstract
The paper aims at exploring the direct cause of land requisition power abuse in China.Method of comparative study was employed.The results show that the lack of strict and normalized procedure of land requisition directly leads to the frequent abuse of land requisition power.Therefore,it should be the dominant issue in the reform of land requisition system to design a strict and normalized land requisition procedure in order to prevent the abuse of land requisition power.
