Situation of Independent Innovation in Shandong Province from the View of Influencing Factors

Independent Innovation is the key part in the process of changing the model and adjusting economic structure.Shandong Province has achieved initial success in recent few years.To improve the process of Independent Innovation of Shandong Province,the analysis is done from the five Independent Innovation factors based on the statistical data of ten years from 2000 to 2009.New characteristics of Independent Innovation appears: the increasing of inventive patent is behind of the development of economy;financial input to science and technology is not enough;the function of innovation infrastructure is working and foreign input recedes during the process of Independent Innovation in Shandong Province.
