At present constructing service oriented government has some problems that includes:the one-sidedness of comprehending,symbolization of operating;singularity of service supply,and formality of ensure institution.So constructing service oriented government should solve several problems: understand the concept of the service oriented government;attach importance to bringing forth new ideas in the system and so on.
