Abstract
The study aims to investigate the basic situation in the construction of new socialist countryside by taking Zhang Tong village in Huanggang City as an example.From the result,we can sum up successful experience in the practice of building new rural areas as well as find the main problems,thus provid the theoretical support and proposals for the construction of new socialist countryside.
