Abstract
In this article,the experiment in the construction of new rural in Zhong County of Chongqing was researched.The connotations and the rules of new socialist countryside were discussed.The insufficiency and the improvement measures in the idea and implementation of new socialist countryside were analyzed based on the experiment site.Some realistic experiences for the future construction were put forward.
