Cultivation of Creative P. E. Talents in Normal Colleges

The cultivation of creative and high-quality P. E. talents is the goal of reform in normal colleges. It is also one of the requirements to meet the demand of talents for the development of society. In respect to the actual practice of physical education in normal colleges, the factors that affect the cultivation of creative P. E. talents are examined in this paper. As educational reform is undergoing throughout the country, a series of constructive suggestions are put forward to cultivate creative P. E. talents, including the updating of educational concepts, the formulation of new talent-cultivating models, the deepening of systematic P. E. reform and the building of an environment suitable for the cultivation of creative P. E. talents.
