Abstract

Creative talents embody creativity,which is the spirit of a nation.The Current distance education practice still has a long way to go in order to reach the point of creative talents cultivation.Creative talents cultivation must be on the basis of right education guidelines,the reasonable plan and organization of teaching course in details.A scientific evaluation systems and a mass of high-quality teachers are also necessary in promoting the construction of creative talents cultivation.
