Abstract
The isoflavone, daidzin and genistin content of 556 accessions of soybean genotypes in Heilongjiang Province, including 243 wild and 313 cultivated genotypes, were detected by modified method of HPLC.The result showed that isoflavone content of wild soybeans were higher than that of cultivated soybeans, and 3 accessions with high isflavone content and 2 with low isoflavone content were detected.Correlation analysis of soybean isoflavone and its major components indicated that soybean isoflvone and daidzin content, soybean isoflavone and genistin content, daidzin and genistin content was remarkably positive, respectively.
