Abstract

In order to broaden approaches of special muscle training,to enrich and innovate training methods, the authors made researches on the effect and rules of vibration strength training to lower limbs muscle training for long jumpers by contrast experiments between vibration strength training(group II)and traditional strength training(group I),so as to provide experimental data for the further development and application of vibration strength training. The experiment shows that under the same load condition, vibration strength training can effectively improve athletes' maximal power, speed strength and explosive power around area of knee flexors, but the effect of vibration strength training is not obvious to performance of the extensors of knee joint.Furthermore, vibration strength training is also effective to enhance the muscular endurance of knee joint and make the strength of the flexors and the extensors of knee joint develop harmoniously.
