Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of verapamil on paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT).Methods The clinical data of 52 patients of verapamil on PSVT were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010.Results Successful restoration of sinus rhythm in 48 patients, the success rate of 92.3%,2 patients of adverse reactions, adverse reactions rate of 3.8%.Conclusion Verapamil treatment of PSVT had a high success rate and Low rate of adverse reactions,is the emergency treatment of PSVT in the first-line drugs.
