Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT) in pregnant woman. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the data of 16 pregnant woman complicated with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(without organic heart disease). Results:In 16 pregnant woman complicated with PSVT,first attack of PSVT of 14 cases(87.6%) was terminated by adenosine triphosphate(ATP),PSVT of other two cases was terminated by verapamil or propafenoe respectively. Conclusion:The ATP(its influence is minimum for foetus) is first select for terminating paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in pregnant woman.
