On Inter-province Cooperation in Regional Administrative Legislation

Abstract
As to local administrative legislation,we set a pattern in which administrative legislation power distributed to local authorities.However,economic communities comprised by many provinces and cities emerge with the lateral economic contacts developing.Inter-government corporation in administrative legislation is necessary to avoid conflicts among neighbor local authorities,which deserves advocating,although many legal problems are unsolved.
