Abstract
Levetiracetam(LEV) is a pyrrolidone derivative,and it is an antiepileptic drugs with unique antiepileptic mechanism and good pharmacokinetic characteristics.So levetiracetam has broad application prospects.The synthesis technology of levetiracetam was a research focus in pharmaceutical engineering in recent years.In this paper,the main synthetic routes of levetiracetam were reviewed.
