Measurement of China's marine industry cluster and innovational development

Marine industry cluster builds the whole chain of marine industry to form a professional network system,which collects production factors and rationally allocates marine resources,greatly promotes development of marine industry.It calculated the concentration ratios and location entropy of marine industry;The results showed China's marine industry cluster mainly includes coastal tourism,marine transportation,marine fishery,and marine shipbuilding.Then it analyzed the distribution of four major marine industries.Finally it analyzed the factors of influencing China's marine industry cluster development,and put forward suggestions to promote innovation development of China's marine industry cluster.
