An analysis on China's marine industry structure and the development countermeasures

This paper analyzed the marine industries with the method of gray correlation analysis and marine industrial structure change indicator.The conclusion was that the incidence degree between the third marine industry and total marine industries is the biggest,then the second and the primary marine industry.From single marine industry,the biggest linkage is fishery,ocean transportation,and coastal tourism.Ocean mining and marine electric power industry had the smallest grey incidence degree while seawater utilization industry.The structure with tertiary,secondary,primary industry has come to being.The new marine industry still needs to develop.Therefore,we can promote the China Sea marine industrial upgrading and the whole national economic development by giving priority to the development of leading industry,building perfect modern marine industry service system,adjusting the three marine industrial structure,developing the new marine industries vigorously,transforming and upgrading the traditional marine industry,improving the level of science and technology,bringing in and training for skilled workers.
