Abstract

By analyzing the existing problems in the management benefit mechanism of agricultural industrialization in Shaanxi province,some countermeasures and suggestions such as making the leading enterprises bigger and stronger,changing the benefit concepts of enterprises and farmers,energetically supporting cooperative economic organizations and strengthening contract management were put forward in order to promote the healthy development of agricultural industrialization in Shaanxi province.
