Agricultural Industrialization Practice in Shaanxi Province and Countermeasures

Based on the achievements of agricultural industrialization in Shaanxi province, this paper points out problems still remaining in the course of agricultural industrialization, including unbalanced agricultural industrialization among different areas and industries, the comparatively lagging of required agricultural infrastructure, and the imperfect social service system in rural areas, etc. The paper further puts forward practical countermeasures to speed up agricultural industrization in Shaanxi province. The countermeasures are: develop pillar enterprises, establish commercial bases for agricultural products, improve information, technology and social services, establish and perfect monitoring system and benefit adjustment mechanism.
