Abstract
Social transformation and globalization of Mediation has changed Chinese disputes form and dispute resolution culture,but also bring a lot of choice to China's modernization process of mediation.Mediation of China should maintain its own traditions and characteristics,and learn from global experience in mediation.China's mediation system should conform to the needs of mod-ern dispute resolution,mediation by the state turned to both the national system and social mediation;shift from the elite media-tion to the professional mediation system;and judicial central mediation instead of distributed systems.
