Abstract
As a common means of settling disputes, mediation has played an important role in modern society. This paper discusses the common problems of people mediation and court mediation and believes that must harmonize the relationship between people mediation and court mediation so that both can share the mutual benefit and perfect the whole system of dispute resolution.
