Abstract
Objective To investigate the contents of heavy metals in Radix Bupleuri.MethodsAtomic absorption spectroscopy was used to determine the contents of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu in Radix Bupleuri with different fertilizers.ResultsThe contents of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in all of 23 samples were within the limitation.ConclusionThis method is rapid and reliable. It is a simple method for the determination of heavy elements in Radix Bupleuri.
