Abstract
The degradation of cypermethrin in different soil and the effects on soil enzyme activity are conducted.The results show that degradation of cypermethrin in soil follows the first-order kinetic equation and the half time is 15.1 days to 31.4 days.Only high concentration of cypermethrin added into the soils can restrain the activity of hydrogen peroxidase and amylase.The different affection on soil enzyme activity by cypermethrin is related to the property of the soil.However,all the indexes of kinds of soil enzyme activities can recovery to the control level after treating the cultural time to 25 days later.
