Abstract
The degradation of cypermethrin in different soils and the effect of cypermethrin on different soil enzymatic activity are conducted. The results show that the degradation process of cypermethrin in soils follows the first-order kinetic equation, and its half time is 15.1 days to 31.4 days.Urease activities increase after adding cypermethrin into soils. However, the effects of cypermethrin on sucrase activity are increased only with high concentration of the cypermethrin. There is close relation between soil enzymatic activity and soil properties. The soil enzymes in different soils will recovery to the original level after 15 days′ culture.
