Abstract
The basic principle and the classification of nano,film solar cells were introduced.The advantage and disadvantage were compared between the nano,film solar cells and the traditional solid,state solar cells,it is concluded that the nano,film solar cells will have broad application and good aspect due to the low cost,simple fabrication process,high photon absorb efficiency and so on.
