Ideological Basis and Practical Way to Learning-Type Party Organization Constructing of Colleges and Universities

To develop learning-oriented Party organization in colleges and universities is one of the significant steps to build socialist universities well and to implement the Outline of the National Program for Long-and-Medium Term Education Reform and Development( From Year 2010—2020). The Principle System under the leadership of Party Committee,the democratic centralism,and the modern university system with Chinese characteristics are the legal,political and theoretical evidences for exploring and building learn-oriented Party organization. Only Insisting on and perfecting the three above evidences can we consturct the learn-oriented Party organization better.
